Rock Shrimp is dedicated to all things culinary including finding new talent and creating dynamic new formats in the world of food for broadcast, cable networks and online.
Rock Shrimp produces his newest hit series Bobby’s Barbecue Addiction on the Food Network, Throwdown with Bobby Flay, Grill It! (2009 Emmy Award Winner, Outstanding Culinary Program) and Brunch@Bobby’s (2010 James Beard Foundation Best Host nominee). Other Rock Shrimp productions include: Alex’s Day Off (2010 James Beard Foundation nominee In-Studio Television Program), 5 Ingredient Fix with Claire Robinson, Kelsey’s Essentials, Dear Food Network, and Effie Award-winning branded online content for Hellman’s with Bobby Flay.
Although Bobby loves to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for food through his cookbooks, his many national cooking shows on the Food Network, Cooking Channel and NBC, his first priority always remains his restaurants: Mesa Grill (New York, Las Vegas, Bahamas), Bar Americain (New York, Mohegan Sun), Bobby Flay Steak (Atlantic City), and his many Bobby’s Burger Palaces.
